Custom Cotton Spandex Jersey - 95% Cotton 5% Spandex. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 225-245gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Cotton spandex jersey knit is the most commonly used knit because it is great for all things depending on the structure and drape you want. Dresses, tops, all children’s items, pants, light hoodies, underwear, you name it! It has four way stretch with approximately 50-75% both ways . 57-60” wide

Custom Cotton Spandex French Terry - 95% Cotton 5% Spandex French Terry. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 265-285gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Cotton Spandex French Terry knit is smooth on the front like cotton and has little cozy tiny loops on the underside. It is also great for all things depending on the structure or drape you want - it has more structure than cotton lycra jersey because it is heavier and has the terry loops on the backside. It is good for Hoodies, joggers/even leggings, joggers, shorts, tops. It has four way stretch with approximately 30-50% both ways. 57-60” wide.

Custom Brushed Cotton French Terry - 95% Cotton 5% Spandex Brushed French Terry. The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on it 280-290gsm.  The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. It has a smooth front and light fuzzy backside. It is slightly heavier than our Cotton French Terry with the same great content and structure. It can be used for all the cozy hoodies, joggers, shorts, tops and more! It has four way stretch with approximately 30-50% both ways. 56-58” wide. 

Custom Bamboo Spandex Jersey - 95% Bamboo 5% Spandex jersey knit. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 225-245gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Bamboo Spandex jersey knit is very soft to the hand and is great for items you want light and airy with amazing drape. Dresses, tops, cardigans and certain bottoms (flowy skirts, light airy summer pants). It has four way stretch with approximately 40-50% both ways. 57-60” wide.

Custom Bamboo Cotton Spandex French Terry - 67% Bamboo 28% Cotton 5% Spandex. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 245-265gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Bamboo knit is very soft to the hand and is great for items you want a little more cozy than the bamboo jersey, not as structured as the cotton French Terry and with amazing drape. Dresses, tops, cardigans and bottoms. 57-60” wide.

Custom Bamboo Spandex Rib Knit - 95% Bamboo 5% Spandex rib knit. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 280-300gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Bamboo Spandex rib knit is very soft to the hand and is great for items you want light and airy with amazing drape. Dresses, tops, cardigans and certain bottoms (flowy skirts, light airy summer pants). It has four way stretch with approximately 100% both ways. 57-60” wide.

Custom Swim UPF 50+ - 80% Poly 20% Spandex swim knit. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 235-255gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Swim knit is great for just that, swim suits, rash guards, wet bags and even work out gear! This fabric is treated for protection against the sun! It has four way stretch with approximately 50-75% both ways. 56-59” wide.

Custom Bliss (stretch minky type fabric) - 95% Poly 5% Spandex knit. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 355-375gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Bliss is great for a lot of cozy things since it has a cuddly low pile/nap that is so soft to the hand! Think: Hoodies, joggers, housecoats, slippers, blankets. It has four way stretch with approximately 30-50% both ways. 56-59” wide.

Custom Athletic Knit - 85% Poly 15% Spandex Athletic Knit. The weight Blended Thread prints on is 300-320gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Athletic knit is great for workout gear like leggings, sports bras, tops. It is great for items you want good drape for too, even a more structured dress in this base would be awesome so it’s not just for working out! It is moisture wicking, soft to the hand with a slight sheen on the printed side but not slippery like swim. It has four way stretch with approximately 50-75% both ways. 56-59” wide.

Custom Double Brushed Poly -  92% Polyester 8% Spandex. The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 210-230gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. We’ve found the quality we love and are so excited to offer it. It can be used for pretty much all clothing items. It has a slight peach brushed feel, light weight, flowy! It has four way stretch with approximately 30-50% both ways. 56-59" wide.

Custom Cotton Woven - 100% Cotton, no stretch fabric. The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 135-155gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Our Cotton Woven is not stiff like quilting cotton, it has a nice drape for woven clothing items!  It is good for patterns that don’t require stretch such as woven pattern dresses, button shirts, pillow cases, quilts and many other fun craft projects!  55-58” wide.

Custom Cotton Canvas - 100% Cotton, no stretch fabric. The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 270-290gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Canvas is amazing for pillow coverings, covering some furniture, jackets, bag making, structured dresses or pants (plenty woven clothing patterns).   56-59” wide.

Custom Stretch Cotton Woven - 97% Cotton 3% Spandex, minimal stretch fabric.  The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 150-170gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance.  Stretch woven is amazing for any woven items you would make and want a little give.  Shorts, dresses, tops, pants/slacks.   50-53” wide.

Custom Rayon Challis - 100% Rayon. No stretch fabric.   The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 110-130gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance.  Rayon is amazing for any woven items you would make with a soft touch, ease and flow.  Skirts, dresses, tops, relaxed pants/slacks.   50-53” wide.

Custom Boardshort - 100% Polyester.  No stretch fabric.   The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 120-140gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Boardshort is amazing for exactly that!  Quick drying swim shorts and other woven items for example, button tops.   55-58” wide.

Custom Softshell - 100% Polyester, minimal give/stretch fabric.   The weight Blended Thread Fabrics prints on is 290-310gsm. The reason there is a range is because each time the print house mills base fabric there will be a slight variance. Softshell is a smooth woven exterior and low pile "fuzz" on the inside for lightweight warmth.  It is amazing for jackets, pullovers, outerwear.   55-58” wide.
